fix: correct admin render validation script paths

PROBLEM:
- validate_admin_render.sh was looking for files in src/TaxBaik.Web.Client/
- Actual files are in src/TaxBaik.Web/Components/Admin/
- This caused CI validation to fail even though files were correct

CHANGES:
- Update 3 file path references:
  - app_file: src/TaxBaik.Web.Client/ → src/TaxBaik.Web/
  - routes_file: src/TaxBaik.Web.Client/ → src/TaxBaik.Web/
  - login_file: src/TaxBaik.Web.Client/ → src/TaxBaik.Web/
  - find command: src/TaxBaik.Web.Client/ → src/TaxBaik.Web/

VERIFICATION:
✅ validate_admin_render.sh: PASSED
✅ validate_migrations.sh: PASSED
✅ validate_kst_timestamps.sh: PASSED
