# Version Coverage Matrix & Supersession Registry

## Acceptance Criteria (WBS_MASTER.csv)
⚠️ **Requirement:** 모든 첨부와 v10/v12/v12.1의 Retained/Improved/Superseded 상태를 추적한다. 현재 문서는 설계 초안이며, 실행 증거가 없는 상태를 완료로 표시하지 않는다.
