Removed entire kbx-foundation-v36 directory as it's been replaced by the new KBX Foundation v4 patterns implemented in this session: - Registry-driven screen definitions - Density-aware UI adapter components - Feature module templates (ShadowRun, Models) Co-Authored-By: Claude Haiku 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

## Host Repository mandatory gates
This reference package does not claim the following runtime checks were executed: .NET 10 compile/xUnit, authentication/claims integration, PostgreSQL DbUp execution, Swashbuckle live OpenAPI, pnpm/Vite/Vitest/Playwright, actual unmask/export authorization, and disclosure-audit transaction verification. These must be mandatory in the host repository CI and staging environment.
