WBS traceability

  • WBS: PHASE-1-SHADOW-RUN
  • Gate: 5a

Evidence-based correction

  • Preserved logs show check_status constraint violation.
  • POST /api/shadow-runs returned HTTP 500.
  • Job 893 was never actually started.

The tracker is corrected from RUNNING to BLOCKED. No shadow result or production-readiness claim is made. Resolution sequence is recorded in docs/CURRENT/PHASE-1_SHADOW_RUN_STATUS_CORRECTION.md.
