Configure deploy.yml for Gitea filesystem deployment

Deploy directly to /app/kartsell on Gitea server (same filesystem).
- No SSH/SCP needed (local filesystem copy)
- Backup previous version
- Run migrations
- Restart systemd service
- Health check
