Standardize all Create and Edit forms with:

- form-control-sm, form-select-sm, form-label-sm for compact layout
- btn-sm for buttons
- row g-2 spacing instead of g-3

Replace <hr class="my-0" /> with <div class="table-responsive" style="border-top: 1px solid var(--border-color-light);"> across all search+table pages (Blog, Clients, Inquiries). This eliminates the large gap created by hr element's default margin, achieving Tabler demo-level density.
