P16: TaxFilingController → FastEndpoints (AllEndpoints.cs)
- Migrate TaxFilingController to 6 FastEndpoints
- GetUpcoming, GetByClientId, GetById, Create, Update, Delete
- Backup original controller as .bak
- All endpoints require Bearer token auth
