- **WBS Evidence Gate (2026-07-12)**: 퀀트 엔진 로드맵/WBS는 `spec/60_quant_engine_wbs.yaml`(기계 판정)로 관리. 작업 완료는 `npm run verify:task -- <TASK_ID>` 게이트 PASS로만 인정 (BE=PG쿼리/로그/JSON, FE=Playwright+스크린샷). 전체 게이트: `npm run verify:wbs`
