- Change QE_WBS_PG_DSN validation from exact string match to component check
- Now checks for 'QE_WBS_PG_DSN:' and 'host=postgres' separately
- Allows for additional parameters (port, dbname, user, etc.) in DSN
- Makes validation more robust and maintainable
