chore: runtime/lineage_events.jsonl .gitignore 추가 및 추적 해제

append-only 런타임 감사 로그는 매 DAG 실행마다 증가하며
merge conflict를 유발하는 런타임 아티팩트 — git 추적 불필요.
파일은 로컬에서 그대로 유지됨.
