chore: package-lock.json 추가 (npm 의존성 재현성 확보)

node_modules 캐시 해시를 no-lock에서 실제 lock 파일 해시로 전환.
222개 패키지, 플랫폼 의존 바이너리 없음 (ARMv7l 호환).
