fix: broken import in test_kis_data_collection_v1.py (same root cause as F8)
Same class of bug as the earlier tools/run_kis_data_collection_v1.py fix this session: the module moved to src/quant_engine/deprecated/ but this test still imported the old path. Found by actually running pytest --collect-only on tests/unit/ (110 tests collect cleanly now, was failing at 1 error before). Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
