refactor: Harden and improve deploy-prod.yml with comprehensive error handling

- Implement Auto-Rollback on health check failure
- Add Post-Deployment Verification (public endpoints, Nginx)
- Improve cleanup logic (keep last 5 deployments)
- Separate success/failure notifications with detailed logs

- Pre-flight checks before deployment begins
- Detailed stage-by-stage logging (8 stages)
- Automatic rollback if health checks fail
- Telegram notifications for all outcomes
- Deployment info saved for audit trail
