⚠️ Requirement: 모든 첨부와 v10/v12/v12.1의 Retained/Improved/Superseded 상태를 추적한다. 현재 문서는 설계 초안이며, 실행 증거가 없는 상태를 완료로 표시하지 않는다.

Assumption v10/v12/v12.1은 WBS acceptance 범위의 비교 기준이다. 실제 런타임 지원 여부는 SDK, 프로젝트 TFM, lockfile, CI runner 확인이 필요하다.
Unknown 각 버전별 SDK/TFM 설치 상태, NuGet restore 결과, 전체 테스트 실행 결과, 첨부별 supersession 판정, 패키지의 공식 지원 종료일
Decision Required PM/Architect가 기준 버전과 비교 대상 첨부를 승인하고, DevOps/QA가 교차 버전 실행 매트릭스와 보존할 artifact 위치를 승인해야 한다.

Evidence rule

PLANNED, SIMULATED, DESIGN_PROPOSAL은 실행·승인 증거가 아니다. PASS 수치와 지원 상태는 해당 명령 및 artifact가 보존된 뒤에만 VERIFIED로 승격한다.
