Reference Screens: Manual Intervention Rate를 핵심 KPI로 보고 위험업무를 억지 자동화하지 않는다.
Design System: Component Telemetry는 민감값 없이 UX 개선 목적으로 구조화한다.
Implementation Contract: ScreenVersion/ComponentVersion/Telemetry/Audit를 이용해 Production 변경을 재현한다.
