Evidence boundary
The current execution environment does not contain installed workspace package dependencies and package registry access is restricted. Therefore this report does not claim actual Vite/Vue/PrimeVue/AG Grid runtime E2E or vue-tsc typecheck/build execution.
The evidence split is explicit:
- actual Vue/TS changes → syntax/static/governance gates
- HTML/CSS/JavaScript Reference → Chromium interaction QA
- Production CSP → static governance contract
- Domain/Permission/Import correctness → server remains final authority
