• Screen / Component / Navigation Manifest 생성
• Screen Governance
• Scaffolder Contract
• TypeScript/Vue script syntax transpile
• PrimeVue / AG Grid architecture guard
• Operations / Process Coverage / Production Readiness guard
• Application Shell guard
• ZIP integrity

Host Repository에서 추가로 필수 실행

• pnpm install --frozen-lockfile
• Vue 3 / Vite 8 production build
• vue-tsc strict typecheck
• Vitest navigation/component contract tests
• Playwright Application Shell scenarios
• .NET 10 build / xUnit
• PostgreSQL DbUp dry-run
• 실제 1280 / 1440 / 1920 Desktop에서 navigation density 검증
• 한국어 IME 상태에서 Ctrl+K / Search / Enter 검증
• Tab 12개 이상과 dirty tab close 검증
• 권한별 Menu/Search/Favorite/Recent 노출 검증

이 패키지는 설계 Reference이며 Host dependency graph가 없는 현재 실행환경에서 전체 product build 통과를 주장하지 않는다.
