## Scope

FE Completion Loop Hardening iteration. Existing backend/domain governance is preserved; no new backend framework or runtime UI engine is introduced.

Browser navigation to localhost/file URLs is administratively blocked in this execution environment. Therefore, production DOM/CSS/JS was tested in an inline-asset Playwright harness. Production CSP remains in `index.html` and is checked by the static FE gate; this run is not represented as a browser-native CSP E2E.
