# K-ArtSell Aegis v16.0 Distribution

Use `Core_NoLegacy` for development and CI. It contains no nested ZIP archives.
Use `Full_With_Attachments` for source preservation. It contains one prior v15 Core archive.

Execution order: read v10/v12.1 baselines → review v16 docs/decisions → run `python tools/validate_v16.py` → provision .NET 10/pnpm/PostgreSQL → execute build/tests/migration rehearsal → complete Shadow/model gates.

This package is `IMPLEMENTATION_TEMPLATE / STATIC_VALIDATED`. Automatic model activation, customer publication, order submission and KIS submission remain OFF.
