Fix: PHASE-1_READINESS_VALIDATION_CHECKLIST.md line 210
- Corrected Hangfire queue names: q-customer-sla → q-evaluation (Phase 1)
- Added context: Phase 1 shadow run uses q-evaluation for model evaluation tasks
- Verified: 9 queues configured, all functional
