+- AI 대화만으로 threshold/table/index/library를 만든다.
+- 실행하지 않은 build/test/migration/Shadow를 PASS로 쓴다.
+- 리팩터링과 정책/수식 변경을 하나의 PR로 합친다.
+- 모든 화면에 AG Grid, 모든 클래스에 interface, 모든 테이블에 event sourcing을 적용한다.
+- current row overwrite로 PIT/revision을 지운다.

+## 기술부채 항목
+모든 부채는 Priority, Impact, Remediation, Owner, Gate, Exit Evidence, Status를 가진다. P0는 해당 Gate 전에 종료하거나 승인된 완화통제가 있어야 한다.
