Found DEBT-025 there too: TradeEndpoints.cs is AllowAnonymous() with no Roles()/Policies() at all (unlike SellDecisionEndpoints.cs); collides with two other independently-numbered DEBT-025 entries on other unmerged branches — renumber on merge.
