chore: Remove .gitkeep from wwwroot (now ignored in .gitignore)

Since src/KArtSell.Host/wwwroot/ is now fully ignored in .gitignore,
the .gitkeep placeholder file is no longer needed.

CI/CD will create the wwwroot directory fresh on each build.
